For over four generations, our own “family” of teppanyaki chefs, servers, staff, and management is dedicated to supporting and remaining an integral part of Shoji's. We commonly meet with three generations of customers who have become like family.

We have been going to Shoji's for birthdays for 10 years. We usually go about 3 times a year. The most recent last 2 times we went the service just hasn't been the same. Smaller portion sizes, and the chef isn't as interactive. Food tastes different too... Great experience.. just it's changed. There was so much extra food and usually the chef gives everybody more, but this time he just put it in a box on the table and said one of the families gets to take it home.

At Shoji's, I took my Son and two guests for his birthday dinner. We were jamed in at the table . There was room for four, instead there was five or six. For my Son's 50th Birthday dinner he did not have enough table room, because of the over crouding. So he had to use his lap. Not good. I know your just trying to make money, but this is not the way to do it. We will not be back.

Best food we’ve ever had there. Chef Robert was amazing. Highly recommend him and Shoji’s.

They cram so many people at a table, it’s uncomfortable. The service was good, but the food wasn’t that great. The New York steak was so fatty and undercooked I didn’t even eat it. They ran out of vegetables so a few of us had to wait for more to be brought and then cooked. Not the greatest experience.

It took almost an hour and a half to start the cooking even though we had a reservation… the salad was the cheap fresh express stuff that is never fresh, the rice was undercooked and crunchy, the “show” was barely passable. I’m sad this is where I chose to take my daughter for her birthday… at least they tore out the nasty carpet but nothing else has seemed to improve. They packed in as many as they could seat without enough chefs… they sat us at a table full of little kids when there were other options (my daughter was turning 23) it was an awful experience overall, I would’ve walked out but my wonderful fiancé is ever so polite, I love that about him, but this place didn’t warn our money this evening at all.

I have been eating here since I was in the womb so I wasn't looking forward to ANOTHER round of new owners. Everything was perfect. Some things the same and a lot different in a fabulous way. This will remain our family's get together spot for a most excellent dinner.

The food was ok, not great. The food did not have a lot of flavor, very flat. Everything tasted the same.
