We will charge 12,000 yen for the cancellation the 2 days before, the 1 day before, 15,000 yen, or 25,000 yen for the same day (from 12:00 AM ~) cancellations and No Show.

One of the best meals in my life, and I have a lot of experience. The chef was funny, kind, and an artist. The food was really special, all the ingredients were sourced from wherever the food originates from and ordered freshly days before. We had raw whale as sashimi, and fresh porcini muchrooms cooked in an incredible soup, and special rice that he even used the water from the area that the rice came from to cook it. Everything was special and incredible but also his design was amazing. One of the dishes came in a picnic basket with leaves and flowers from the season decorating it. And another had the flowers in season added into the cup that held the dish. The place is also about 6 seats so very important

Ich versuche, bei jedem Besuch einen Tisch bei Sano-sensei zu bekommen. Es ist jedesmal ein besonderes Erlebnis, die kreativ erdachten und mit besten Zutaten sorgfältig zubereiteten Speisen zu genießen. ありがとうございました。

This restaurant deserves a Michelin star! The dining experience was not only authentic Japanese cuisine, but esthetic and gastronomic marvel. Each dish was a piece of art on a plate and an explosion of flavor for your taste buds. Thank you chef for a wonderful evening and warm and cozy ambiance you create at your restaurant, we will never forget this culinary adventure!

A fun experience in a small, intimate setting with delicious, thoughtful food. The price for what you get is more than fair. Love it!

What an amazing experience where you can completely immerse yourself in the meal. We enjoyed everything that was prepared and presented to us and had a wonderful time. Would recommend to anyone that is interested in this culinary experience but would advise to go with a good appetite.

Chef Masa, thank you for a perfect meal. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere so warm, and we felt like we had been cared for so kindly. This was the perfect place for dinner. It felt as if we were in someone’s private home, and we enjoyed every second of it.

Exquisite culinary journey at this Kaiseki gem! Every dish is a masterpiece, meticulously prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The presentation is artful, precise and creative. Chef Masayuki Sano was so friendly and quickly made us feel at ease. We were with another friendly local couple so 5 of 8 seats taken. He is truly an artist and deserves a Michelin rating. The food was very delicious and the sake pairing well thought out and very complementary. He explained each course to us. This was a very delicious dinner and truly unforgettable experience. Thank you so much Chef 🙏🏽🙏🏽

Chef was so nice and funny! Food was of course amazing and most definitely some of the best Japanese food I’ve ever had!! Make sure you ask him about wrestling!!!
