   One of the best meals in my life, and I have a lot of experience. The chef was funny, kind, and an artist. The food was really special, all the ingredients were sourced from wherever the food originates from and ordered freshly days before. We had raw whale as sashimi, and fresh porcini muchrooms cooked in an incredible soup, and special rice that he even used the water from the area that the rice came from to cook it. Everything was special and incredible but also his design was amazing. One of the dishes came in a picnic basket with leaves and flowers from the season decorating it. And another had the flowers in season added into the cup that held the dish. The place is also about 6 seats so very important

   Ich versuche, bei jedem Besuch einen Tisch bei Sano-sensei zu bekommen. Es ist jedesmal ein besonderes Erlebnis, die kreativ erdachten und mit besten Zutaten sorgfältig zubereiteten Speisen zu genießen. ありがとうございました。

   This restaurant deserves a Michelin star! The dining experience was not only authentic Japanese cuisine, but esthetic and gastronomic marvel. Each dish was a piece of art on a plate and an explosion of flavor for your taste buds. Thank you chef for a wonderful evening and warm and cozy ambiance you create at your restaurant, we will never forget this culinary adventure!

   What an amazing experience where you can completely immerse yourself in the meal. We enjoyed everything that was prepared and presented to us and had a wonderful time. Would recommend to anyone that is interested in this culinary experience but would advise to go with a good appetite.

   Chef Masa, thank you for a perfect meal. The food was so delicious, the atmosphere so warm, and we felt like we had been cared for so kindly. This was the perfect place for dinner. It felt as if we were in someone’s private home, and we enjoyed every second of it.
