Great service from Lincoln and the manager. Loved the quick responses from the robot! The spicy drop bear is worth it.

Went for dinner on Christmas Day and loved it!! Food was great, staff was wonderful and the restaurant itself was very clean and beautiful!

Great experience eating Shabu Shabu tonight. We had delicious wagyu beef and a variety of vegetables cooked in amazing broths. Japanese hot food and sushi was available to try. Desserts like carrot cake, shave ice, ice cream and pancake, provided the best finale. Service was attentive and friendly. Nice booths and restaurant design. Thank you for coming to Naperville!

Initially everything seemed great including the initial service. The meat came out brown and incredibly thin, the broth was never renewed and my waiter came over to mention that my daughter's and I were eating too carb heavy and then commented when one of them got ice cream. He shouldn't have said anything at all and it was also incorrect - she had plates of vegetables and one bowl of rice before getting ice cream and others had their kids getting ice cream in the middle of these main meal. The vegetables were fresh but won't return due to the meat quality

New location is very nice and open floor plan compared to Schaumburg location. Super friendly service, with everything you would want. Will be back.

We went on a saturday night and it was not busy, probably because it just opened. We got the crab legs and it was really fresh. They have a smaller selection of toppings compared to the one in schaumburg but that was not a deal breaker. You also use your phone to order the meats.

The selection for hotpot such as noodles and vegetables are very limited compare to other hotpot place. Definitely not worth what you pay for. The Happy lamb down the street is much better than this place. Their system to pay for the bill is so stupid. We asked the waitress for our check then the waitress told us we just need to scan the QR code. After we scanned the QR code (thinking we can just pay right there) but no …you cannot pay from there. That was just to request the check!!! The waitress could have provided us with the check when we asked her!!! What is the point of that extra step since we still have to wait for the waitress to give us the check after scanning the QR code! That was so stupid!! We definitely will NOT come back.

Amazing dining experience, staff were extremely courteous and helpful, explained well about restaurant’s menu including all the details , this sure helped a lot for us to enjoy a wonderful meal for our first visit. Food were very fresh and delicious. Price was reasonable since it was “all you can eat”. Robot server was so cute! Sure, we’ll be back!
