Food was amazing but service let it down. We booked a table for lunch but when we arrived it was like the forgot the reservation because they took us to an unset table. Then they forgot some dishes from the order citing computer error. As I said the food compensated foitthis

We booked a rare date night on a Sunday evening but were disappointed to find there were no Sunday roasts left. We ordered drinks and started with the bao buns, which were fantastic. However, the main meals were a huge letdown. I had the lamb shank with a side of spinach, but the spinach was gritty and inedible, tasting as if it had sand in it. The vegetables looked and tasted like leftovers from the Sunday roasts, and the roast potatoes seemed as if they hadn't even been roasted properly. I left most of my meal untouched, and when I returned the spinach, the waitress simply took it away without acknowledgment. I later spoke to another staff member who was unaware of the returned dish. My husband faced a similar issue with his meal, which also felt like leftovers. We've dined here before and enjoyed great meals at good value, but after this experience, we won't be returning.

Best place on Harlow full stop, cocktails are amazing and food is always on point , need more of these places in Harlow for sure.

1st time dining there with the wife foe a date night and the service and food was amazing. Really friendly staff, great atmosphere and great food..

Unfortunately we were seated upstairs and there is absolutely no ambiance. I had booked in advance so felt a little unhappy about this. Our waitress was very sweet but to be honest we were forgotten a lot of the time. Main course was delicious but not very hot.
