Our awarded chef, Alexandros Charalabopoulos and his team have created two tasting menus inspired by the Elefsinian Mysteries of Ancient Greece, which will generate unique feelings on your tasting pallet.

Buenas vistas. Nos dieron la mejor mesa. Por el cumpleaños de mi marido le hicieron el detalle se poner una vela.

Una experiencia en general positiva. Tuvimos que esperar para accder a la mesa, pese a tener reserva, no fué una espera muy larga pero quiza si un poco excesiva, nos obsequiaron con una copa de prosseco, para atenuar la espera. La cena en general muy buena, el servicio normal, todo y que al final tuvimos la sensación que tenian cierta prisa por cerrar.(todo y que el retraso lo provocaron ellos con la espera que he comentado).

Vista hermosa! En especial para ver el Sunset. Pero la comida, muy equis. Nada nos impresionó; como que le hace falta más sazón y equilibrio a los platillos. No está malo, pero tampoco nos delicioso. Muy equis. Las dos chicas (hostes y barra suuuper amables), l@s meser@s que explican, nada amables y si les preguntas algo extra no saben contestarlo.

La terraza es muy bonita, mi pareja podia ver la acropolis pero yo estava de espaldas… la comida estava muy bien presentada pero no era nada del otro mundo. El producto no era de mala calidad pero el resultado final no se correspondia con un menu de 115euros.

The food was exceptional, the menu was brave and pairings were lovely. The kitchen worked very well and we have no comments about that. However, it’s not enough: customers should leave a restaurant satisfied. My partner and I made a reservation on January 2nd for Valentine’s Day, attracted by the dishes offered and the breathtaking view of the Acropolis advertised. Upon arrival, we were seated at a table with no view, which is understandable. A few minutes later we asked wheter we could be moved to table that emptied next to the windows with a view. We were told it was not possible. A few minutes later, a couple who arrived after us asked the same question to another waiter and managed to be moved. We pointed this out to the restaurant manager, and she said she would let us know soon if she could move us. Dinner went on, and another couple, recently arrived, was moved. At that point, the manager, embarrassed, came to tell us that we would be moved next. The problem was, we were already at the dessert. Disappointed and irritated, we waited for the final course, then got up to leave, and the manager quickly disappeared, leaving us with a waiter who wasn’t to blame. And not only that: after ruining our Valentine’s Day evening, there wasn’t even an apology. Full price, and goodbye. To stay on the Michelin Guide, good food isn’t enough. Extremely disappointed.

The chef works wonders in this restaurant, as he offers the world flavors inspired by Greek cuisine but in dishes of very high and imaginative gastronomy.

I booked a table after reading about the restaurant Sense in the Michelin app. We chose the green menu and it was really innovative and tasty. We skipped the wine menu and ordered an greek orange wine instead, which went really well with the menu. The turnip dish was definitely my favorite. If in Athen do visit Sense!
