   What an extraordinary dining experience. Not only deliciously creative, but also exquisite presentation. It was obvious that the staff in the dining room and the kitchen were so very pleased to share their art with their guests.

   Senia is an incredible dining experience! It was our first time and sat at the chefs counter (open table experience). We arrived a little early and were able to get seated right away and ordered a couple cocktails- both drinks were incredibly balanced and were food friendly.. then our server Nick explained the wine pairings for the evening which we added on and so glad we did. The wines are explained along with each course, and we cannot stop talking about this dinner. Each course was insanely good and had depths of flavor that I don’t know how to describe. 11/10 all around. If you have a special occasion or reason to celebrate, I cannot recommend this enough!

   During my recent visit to Honolulu, I had the distinct pleasure of experiencing the 10-course tasting menu at Senia, a restaurant that exemplifies culinary excellence. Situated in the heart of Honolulu, Senia offers a sophisticated and intimate dining experience, blending innovative techniques with the vibrant flavors of Hawaiian cuisine. Seated at the chef's counter, I was treated to a truly bespoke experience that went beyond the restaurant's standard menu. The counter allows guests to witness the precision and artistry of Chef Anthony Rush and his team, while also enjoying engaging interactions with the chef and sommelier throughout the evening. The tasting menu was a seamless journey through inventive flavors and textures. Each dish was crafted with the finest ingredients and displayed a masterful understanding of balance. One particular highlight was the scallops with apple, raisin, and parsnip sauce. The dish was beautifully executed, with the sweetness of the apple and raisin pairing perfectly with the delicate scallops, while the parsnip sauce added depth and richness to the overall flavor profile. Equally impressive was the beverage pairing, curated by the sommelier. Each selection was thoughtfully chosen to complement the dishes, enhancing the overall experience with insightful explanations that deepened my appreciation for both the food and drink.     Need a place to take a date and show off your boujee style? Senia is the place to impress. The food is wonderful and unique. The ambiance is perfect to enjoy a meal and have deep conversation. Going with a group us even better. The plates are sized to share so the more people you have, the more variety you get.
