Excelente!! La comida cuidadosamente combinada, el crocante en algunos platos fue espectacular! Las salsas deliciosas! El ambiente es muy agradable, el servicio muy amable y atento! El nivel de ruido súper bajo que permitía conversar sin la necesidad de subir la voz! La decoración del lugar me encantó! Es un restaurar que volveríamos a visitar y recomendaríamos ampliamente l!

Selva at University Town Center delivers! The menu is reliable (i.e. it never changes) which is a good thing if you have favorite dishes and do not come too often. Most importantly, the food is always excellently prepared and presented, the servers are efficient and pleasant, and the ambience is first class.

Excellent dining experience. Food, Service and ambiance were terrific in every way. Expensive and worth it. Only beef is there are no disabled parking spaces near the front entrance. Will be back. Highly recommended.

Food was absolutely delicious. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was a perfect evening in every respect. Natalia was our server and she couldn’t have been nicer. One of our party cannot eat gluten due to celiac. Natalia was very well versed on which items were safe to serve her, but was careful to double check on a couple. Restaurant was not very crowded. All in all a wonderfully special evening.

We came here for my sister’s birthday and it was our first time eating at Selva and we were blown away. The drinks and food were 10/10 delicious, so beautifully thought out and plated and the flavors were amazing. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.

This was the best dinner we have had in the past year. The service was excellent. The food presentation was beautiful and the timing was perfect.

Pretty good food. Not as good as the old days with just the one place downtown. Ceviche shrimp good. Skirt steak also good. Paella risotto too much rice. Nog enough seafood. Shrimp quality just ok. Mussels good. Will look elsewhere next time I think

It was a little cold in Sarasota last night and they sat us outside, I did not ask to be seated there but went along with it. I eventually asked them to seat inside since we were the ONLY people sitting outside and it was very uncomfortable with the cold and all the noise from the traffic. My husband is huge on old fashions and we should have known to leave when his drink wasn’t good. How can you mess up 3 ingredients? My braised short ribs was good BUT the risotto was room temperature. My husband ordered the filet mignon with chimichuri which had ZERO flavor. I’ve never had anything with chimichuri that bland. The staff though was great!
