    Nos encantó cenar en este restaurante que se encuentra a debida distancia del corredor más turístico de Bellevue Wa. donde normalmente están la mayoría de los restaurantes. Todo estuvo excelente por lo que concerne la comida y el servicio y ambiente, lástima que no fue tan sencillo pagar la cuenta al final de la cena. Aunque proporcionamos 4 tarjetas 💳 de crédito diferentes el sistema que tienen es muy obsoleto y no permite poner el chip o hacer contacless ni tienen Apple Pay etc. Así que si sus bancos no son locales puede ser incómodo al momento de pagar.

    The food and service was great as always. The only downside continues to be the automatic 20% service charge that the restaurant keeps for themselves (100%), while apparently expecting you to pay an additional tip to the server. This practice is unfair to the patrons (who feel compelled to tip) and/or the servers who likely receive less in tips, since many will not want to pay 40% more on an already expensive dinner.

    The food was excellent except the crudo. The crudo did not taste fresh and the flavors were missing. We had awesome oysters, an incredible blue cheese salad and Our Hawaiian fish was absolutely amazing. Despite a busy New Year’s Eve- we were seated with a reasonable wait. The bus service was fantastic. The lack of gratuity due to the service charge seemed to lead to service that was perfunctory but bland. We would come here again- the food made it very worthwhile

    We had a group of 8 for a New Years Eve dinner. The staff was very attentive, food selection and quality was very good.

    Sorry to post this but… we were a party of 6. New Year’s Eve 6:30pm. Our combined bill was over $1000. Cost normally not an issue. Waiter was outstanding. Food was cold. And I’m not talking about kind of cool I’m saying inedible cold. All six entrees were cold and a serious disappointment. My scallops were tasteless and greasy. Appetizers were ok… not great. Desserts were delicious. I realize the restaurant was busy but this experience was way below their standards. Sorry but true.

    I’ve been to Seastar a few times and always enjoyed it. This time I tried the Hawaiian Opakapaka…it was incredible! Fish was cooked perfectly and flavors were amazing! Definitely a standout dish!

    The lobster "roll" was pieces of lobster on a piece of toast. Not what a high ticket appetizer should be. The salmon was dry on the ends ( the middle was fine. ) The 20% service charge (TIP) automatically added to the bill was the total amount I wanted to tip. I asked and got a jumbled answer. When the final Bill came there were two gift certificates added for the exact amount of the 20% service charge. So I would need to come back and eat again to use them. Basically now a gift. A promotion for us to come back. Not happening. I had to put the words "service charge" on the tip line so it made me feel bad, and like I left nothing. Boooooo.

    We do a lot of celebrations here because you can always count on great food and great service. Special "shout out" to Pedro our waiter! He helped make our meal thoroughly enjoyable!

    Delicous meal and drinks. Fantastic staff- Sydney was great and fun as our server. Michelle, the managaer came by to personally ask how things were with our meal. Love this spot- it is a true gem for dinning in Bellevue!!
