First time here. Very small restaurant located inside the Public Market. There was no sign on the door so we drove around the building a few times trying to find the restaurant. The atmosphere was like dining in a train car inside a mall or like being in an airport bar. 5 small 2-person tables very close together and a bar. Very cramped and loud. I felt like the people next to us were right on top of us. My wife and I both found hair in our food. Food is delicious otherwise. Server was very attentive and polite. Service was quick. Overall it was not what we expected after making Anniversary reservations on Open Table nor what you would expect for the price of the food. We have been to the Screaming Tuna in downtown Milwaukee and it is by far the way to go. We will not be returning to the Mequon location.

Sunday afternoon. Early dinner before a run to the airport. Outstanding sushi and great wine. Been to the downtown MKE location many times, but this was the first time in Mequon. We will definitely be back.

The sushi rolls and cocktails were excellent. The service was also excellent always checking in along with being very reasonable in price. Highly recommend!

The Omakase experience was outstanding. This was located at the Mezzanine level at Mequon Public Market. Each course, hand crafted with care. Chef explained each dish as it was served. Service was to notch. Looking forward to the next time!

The sushi was exceptionally good! I loved both of my rolls; Sold Out & Panko Popper. The sake sangria was also very good - refreshing in the warm weather. Service was slower than usual, then while plates were being removed from the table, the platter was spilled on me. Including soy sauce on my white blouse & my purse. It was a total accident, however after she never came back to the table. A napkin would’ve been helpful since the table was already cleared. Merely not the same experience we usually have.
