Dinner here and lovely ambiance and great server. Fried calamari was great but all went downhill after that. 2 of us had wedge salad with salmon. Supposed to have bacon and crumbled Gorgonzola on the salad but none to be found. The Gorgonzola dressing was thin and fairly tasteless. Tho I will say the postage sized stamp of salmon was cooked right. My husband had the spaghetti carbonara. It was luke warm at best and sauce had been soaked up by the pasta and was sticky and dry. Prosciutto on the carbonara was almost nonexistent. Tho the pasta was cooked al dente which was good. Cappuccino at the end was also like warm. All told, terrible meal I'm sorry to say for the $125 (with tip) that we spent for 3 people.

The food was delicious. I had a chicken dish flavored with a lemon sauce and served on top of pasta. My wife had the lasagna and garlic cheese bread. It was a perfect restaurant choice for dinner and service was great.

Gavin was our server and we had an exceptional experience because of him. From the moment he greeted us he was engaging, funny and made us feel like we were his only priority. He treated every table the same. This was our first visit to Scileppi’s and we were not disappointed. The food was presented beautifully and the flavors were fresh and bold. We will recommend Scileppi’s to all of our friends and family and will definitely be back as often as possible!

We hadn't been to Scileppi's for a while, and I forgot how polite the staff is, the food is incredible, and the wine is just as good as the food! We will go back more often!

The food was excellent as were the drinks. The decor is awesome. Cmon it's an old church. The place was pretty noisy and hard to carry on a conversation but other than that I love the place. Will go back soon. And the wait staff are friendly and very attentive.

Scileppi's at the Old Stone Church in Castle Rock was a fantastic choice for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the attentive staff worked hard to ensure that our experience was remarkable. The ambiance is charming and elegant, setting the perfect backdrop for our celebration. I had requested a special part of the restaurant, and the hostess knew exactly where to take us. The drinks were great, and they have a really fun looking bar experience. At Scileppi’s the food is truly outstanding—every dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and an overall great taste and presentation. Whether you indulge in a mouthwatering entrée or a delightful dessert, which we did, and it was great! When you go, you can expect nothing short of excellence. Overall, Scileppi’s offers a memorable dining experience that combines great service, delicious food, and a wonderful atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for any special occasion. We Highly recommended! Mondie !

Sat at the bar & bartender (Gavin?) could not have been better. From welcoming us and helping us choose a wonderful wine, to checking in but not being imposing. His sense of humor & enjoyment shown through. Calamari & Lobster Ravioli were as yummy as I’ve been led to believe. Thanks for an enjoyable evening!
