    Service was excellent, food was average. Steak was good, pork belly was disappointing. Noise level was fairly high on bottom floor, average on 2nd floor.

    It takes forever to get your food. After going there 3 times with the same long wait, we will give this restaurant a wait for a year before returning.

    My wife and I went to celebrate 20 years since we got engaged here. Our waitress, Trinity, was a delight. My wife had the chicken Marsala which was very tender and tasty. I had the branzino which was delicate and paired wonderfully with the mushroom risotto. The dessert, tarte tatin, was the perfect cap for the meal. The entire staff was friendly and made this a special evening.

    Food was great. Service was spotty. Though out waitress did give us a discount because of it. We had gnocchi, branzino, spaghetti and pizza. All was delicious. Oh and the dessert was so good. It was some type of apple turnover. Whatever it was, it was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant.

    We had a salmon dish and scallops with prosciutto...was delicious! Gabriella was our server and she did a fantastic job making recommendations and her timing in approaching our table was great....didn't interrupt our conversation.

    Food pairing wine dinner was delicious! Food and wines were excellent, really enjoyed our meal. A special shout out to Manuel, our server. He is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a special treat to meet the chef and support staff, we felt very welcomed and appreciated. We'll be back! I thought the price point was more than fair for the excellent food and drink we enjoyed.

    We enjoyed Scalo’s first wine meal of the year. Food was delicious though the lamb temp was not warm enough - a challenge when serving an entire room of people at once. Otherwise everything went smoothly from the service, the timing, the choices of wine, and the menu itself. This was a good value.
