We had no idea who our server was. No one checked on us maybe 2-3 times including bringing our food. We were extremely patient and it was obvious the server(s) were spread very thin. Drink orders took a very long time in addition to food. Our appetizer came out with one of the entrees. The sides finally came out (sweet potato casseroles) once our dinner was half over. The server kept apologizing and brought one extra for no chart. However, they were cold or room temperature at best. After our dinner was clearly finished no one came to check on us and I had to hunt someone down for the bill. Someone dropped a receipt at our table and kept walking. I then had to ask another employee to get someone to check us out. Is this typical for this restaurant? If so then I guess that's fine, but seems a bit bizarre. This was 2/3 of our first time here and I don't anticipate going back anytime soon unfortunately.

We visited on Monday, December 9 for my son’s 21st birthday. I wanna say our server’s name was Isaac. I’m not sure I got that right but he was absolutely amazing. We sat at the table right next to the front entrance. He was the best server. We had a great time and we truly appreciated him making it a great night.

The management and servers were 100% amazing!! We had a small 50th birthday that became bigger than expected and everyone was happy to accommodate and work with us last minute.. everyone enjoyed their drinks food ambiance.. great time thank you team Sauced you guys nailed it with customer service!!

The worst customer service ever. I had to find the host to seat us for our 730pm reservation. The food was cold and poor quality. Then we had to locate the host again to pay for our food ! I will NEVER return to this establishment again.

Never thought this restaurant was what it was from the outside, so glad I saw it online. Fun atmosphere and amazing food!

I was disappointed to learn about the menu change. Although I realize the restaurant caters to the carnivores of the world, the previous menu provided a decent amount of options for us herbivores, unlike the new menu.

Meat was a lower quality cut with a lot of gristle. Though cooked cutting was difficult. The ambience was more game and evening party location than eatery. Lots of adult games and arcade games indoor and out.
