   Overall fair. Hood service but the kitchen timing was off . Tables were served in stages with some people at the same table waiting 15 to 20 minutes for their meal while others at the table waited with food getting cold. Portions were large.

   If you pay attention about what ingredients are in your food then this is the place for you as they advertise no seed oils, no highly procesed ingrediants, 100% glutn free and 100% grass fed meat plus the food is really good! I had the bone in strip that was on special for $60 and it was enough for 2 people plus as good or better than top steak houses. The restaurant is small, more cozy than tight, noise level moderate and the service very good. It is BYOB which is a bonus for me, the only caveat is because everything is cooked to order the wait time could be a little longer than ususal.

   One of our favorite restaurants. Incredible and unique dishes withs lot of flavor and beautiful, colorful presentation.

   Although we've been there several times before, we wanted to bring friends looking to eat healthy. Each time we go- it's a new but equally wonderful experience! This time we were able to chat with Roman and learned so much from his wealth of knowledge. The meal was fresh, tasty and memorable. Service was wonderful and we will be coming back again soon!

   Sapians is terrific healthy gourmet French foid. The owners are so nice. It is diet and allergy friendly also!

   We were so excited to find a restaurant that was not only gluten free but seed oil free! Food was meticulously prepared and delicious! BYOB but they opened and served our wine for us. Excellent food and the price was quite reasonable!! Will be back!

   The food was great and had a different flair. Would definitely return. The female server we had was very cold and kind of abrupt so she took a little away from what I would call fine dining.

    This is my third time to sapiens. Each time has been such a special and intimate experience. The owners are lovely, and everyone we've ever met. There has been friendly and kind and there's a lot of laughter going on inside of the restaurant as people are enjoying their food and their families and friends. This is a very small and intimate place The food is amazing, the escargot is super delicious and I really wanted to get it to go order of it. It was that good, all of the dishes are very well thought out with delicious and nutritious ingredients. It's wonderful to be able to go to a place that is conscious of the planet as well as low sugar and alternate choices for people that are eating healthy
