   No me gustó. Tienes al lado un restaurante increíble y uno pensaría que San Setto estaría a la altura, pero no! Malo de verdad.

   This restaurant has been temporarily relocated to a shoebox off the entrance of the hotel, it's tiny, noisy, has zero ambience, we were seated next to a cash register and some plastic crates. None of this was communicated when we made the reservation. The menu was extremely limited since this temporary location didn't have a full kitchen, furniture and decor was basically like going to your local fast food joint and prices were 5* fine dining.

   The food was excellent and service was great! Really enjoyed the local favorites! Will definitely go again!

   Renovations are ongoing at the main restaurant so a make shift restaurant was set up. The room is small, but nice, however, acoustics are not good so the room was too noisy. Staff was nice, trying to work through a busy evening in a small noisy room. Sushi was just ok.

   We enjoyed San Saetto mostly because of the food and service. However, the ambience left a lot to be desired. The bright lighting, the lack of music, and the Hardscape of the restaurant  was surprising given that it’s a Ritz Carlton restaurant. I would like to return because the Sushi was sublime, however the lack of ambience does not make me eager to dine again .

   Restaurant has been moved into a small bar directly in front of the valet. There are far better sushi options in town. We were very disappointed.

   This is a quiet, low lighting, lovely venue that has inside and outside seating with heaters. Such a great menu with great, unique options. We started with a miso soup that was very good. Transitioning to a vegetable roll that was personally brought to us by the chef that was so beautiful we almost didn’t eat it. Fresh and crisp and tasty. Grant was our server and he was fantastic. He recommended the A5 Wagyu dish that was delicious and the crudo dish was devine. This is a must for sushi fans. Thank You Grant for such a memorable evening.

    Very impressive atmosphere, unfortunately it was busy, a California roll we ordered came much later than expected, they comped the roll, without request and apologized. They saw my girlfriend who as that evening, became my fiancée. They noticed she looked cold, offered to close outside door and then brought her small blanket for her legs, considering she was wearing short dress. It made our night. Service top notch.
