Scallop Crudo - meyer lemon vinaigrette, pickled fresno chilies 4. Main - Truffled Short Rib -garlic potatoes, roasted root vegetables Or -Seafood Paella -head on prawn, mussels, octopus over saffron infused rice 5. S’mores - butter graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache, house-made marshmallow Price is per-person and does not include alcohol.
