    Great service and good food. Rudy was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The restaurant was packed but the staff seemed on top of their game and it seemed to be running smoothly. We really appreciated them being open on Christmas and look forward to our next visit.

    First. Waiter told us the choice of salad. Ceaser, House, or Wedge . We chose Wedge. Bill added 4.99 to meal. Couldn't cut steak. Manager said their knives are dull. Just got a doggy bag to bring home to dogs. She just smiled with the complaint with a awkward smile. Bill was 70.00 all that was decent to eat was the bread and salad. A 30.00 New York stack thin and full of grisle. Never will eat them, will stick to Outback and Texas Road House

    I have a complaint for open table that is I requested a brunch. Salt Grass didn’t serve a brunch. Disappointed!

    1st time at a Landry Group Saltgrass Steakhouse. Was on the order of a Longhorn Steakhouse. We had a reservation. We were seated promptly at an unusual 1/2 booth - half chair. Asked for a regular booth, 1/2 dozen were open and set. Said they could not. Then promptly sat another 2some there. Overall food and service were what you would expect from a value restaurant. The Salmon entree was very fishy smelling and mushy. Waitress said she would inform her Manager. No visit from Manager, no replacement food or adjustment offered. We will not be back. The target experience they offered set the bar pretty low and they still missed.
