We had a 11 o’clock lunch reservation. The first ones arrived and sat at the table that day. It took over 50 minutes for the food to brought out. We ordered 6 salads and 2 friend steaks with a side of mashed potatoes. Salads looked fine, not sure how good they were … but my steak and mashed potatoes were cold and looked like it’d been sitting on the plate for quite some time. I wanted to like this place as it looks really nice and it is close to work. Would have been perfect for lunch and dinner but very disappointed. Not going back.

I had the sirloin steak head lettuce. This very good. Sirloin usually on the tough side but this one was as tender as a filet and cooked exactly as I had asked.

Waitress was very abrupt and rude. She dropped ranch and it spilt all over my back, barely given an apology.

the bartender was complaining that she needed a new job and then proceeded to ignore us in the guest next to us for several minutes. Waited more than half an hour for our 530 reservation then we waited 20 minutes for drinks once we were finally seated.

Our server was the worst! 2 hours and we finally got bread and hour plus until we got our drinks (water and tea). Never got food in 2 hours so we talked to manager and left.

we had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive. The food was very good, and know that portions can be large. It was more than I can eat and I’m a big guy. . The ribs could easily be shared between two people. Great location and you can easily walk over to the grand old Opry after dinner.

Excellent service, delicious steaks as always! Told them it was my son's 18th birthday but they did not offer anything complimentary. Oh well...

We had a later reservation (7:45pm) and didn’t realize that the restaurant closed at 8pm! I felt badly for making staff stay, but why are there reservations up until 8pm when they close? Bummed we didn’t get bread because of our later timeframe. Food was good though!
