    Lamentablemente no fue una buena experiencia, la mesera se merece en 100 pero en si el restaurante falló pedimos strawberry limonada de bebidas y para el refil ya no había más y tuvimos que pedir coca, luego no había mushed potatoes y tuve que pedir baked potatoes entonces no comimos lo que queríamos en realidad

    Our server Byron was the best part of the experience. Byron was lovely and very attentive. Food, ambiance, and value was horrible

    I know it's Christmas, but we expected better. We went to the baton rouge location last year and it was excellent. This time our food was cold... Who likes cold queso...the butter on my steak wouldn't melt because it was so cold andmy daughter's onion strings were greasy and cold. Our server only came to take out order and deliver the food. We do this every Christmas and plan to tip very well because we know that's hard to not be around family for Christmas and work, but we never saw her she didn't ask how ur food was or anything.... We didn't want to complain so we just paid and left. Our server received a tip but nothing near what we typically pay for Christmas service. Next year we will skip the chain restaurant and do something more local.

    Food was excellent. I enjoyed the small filet with the Oscar dressing. The bread pudding was outstanding. Was a wonderful experience made more so by our excellent server who was kind enough to take our picture for us. Will certainly come again & encourage others to.

    Our reservations were for 12:45 pm. We only waited about 5 minutes to be seated. That was a true indication that the experience would be great. It was excellent. The food and service were beyond my expectations. The steak melts in your mouth. The presentation looked like the cover of a food magazine. And yes, I would recommend Saltgrass to anyone who is looking for an excellent dining experience.

    Even though the restaurant was very busy all the staff was efficient and gracious and the food was still delicious The kitchen did not cut any corners Our server, Brittany, was very gracious and attentive The staff all helped each other We'll not wait until next Christmas to go again
