Bread was inedible, ribeye was overcooked, baked potato was undercooked, and salad dressing (blue cheese) was flavorless. Cocktails were decent, and our server was excellent.

Our server was great. Filet was ordered to be cooked medium but there was no pink in the middle. Salad and potato was really good. Can’t say much for the ambiance.

We dined here for Valentine’s Day, so to say they were extremely busy is an under statement. Even so, our server, Tiara, was extremely sweet, attentive and efficient. The food was quite good, as well. The appetizer, salads, and main entrees all came to the table perfectly timed. Go check out Saltgrass and ask for Tiara. She’ll take excellent care of you.

The service and the value is always good, but this particular time the stakes were not cooked to order and they just weren’t as tender as usual… I realize it’s a holiday Valentines and all that, but I was a little disappointed. It wasn’t as good as it usually is.

The food and drinks were amazing. Todd, our server was gracious and attentive. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

It was a nice night, not too crowded. People were there enjoying the playoffs and some good food. The portion sizes are awesome. I was unable to finish my Tbone. No steak sauce needed for these perfectly seasoned steaks. This was my first time dining at Saltgrass and I will definitely be returning.
