   The food was okay. Service was kind of slow but that was due to the lack of server’s, not the server’s performance. Staff was friendly. Would happily return if invited, but would not return on my own accord.

   Exceptional customer service and amazing food/cocktails. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Lori is wonderful and seeks to assist in making Salt a favorite date night “special occasion” destination.

   Overpriced hotel restaurant. Not really Mediterranean. Underwhelming. A lot of tourist and takes away from the dinning experience. Service was subpar.

   The server Avery was great. The food was fine but the prices are a little high for what you get. Not sure we’d be going back anytime soon.

   I ordered the cowboy steak which is aged over 28 days. Asked for it as medium, received it rare. I’d say the creamed spinach tasted better. Not a whole lot of flavor to the steak. Wife ordered the catch of the day which was grouper. Instead of of the grouper falling apart as it should it when poked with a fork, it was stiff (overcooked). At checkout, wife mentioned the grouper to the waitress who explained she wouldn’t box it up then. This was a Valentine’s Day dinner, and the pink rose on the table was nice. Tried to get the feeling it wasn’t a dinner in a hotel except you can see customers rolling carts for luggage through the lobby when observed from inside of the restaurant. I got an industrial yet somewhat classy vibe from the decor, but the wooden sting rays on the wall suggested a Florida beach vibe. The waitress Alyssa was friendly and responsive throughout the dining experience.

   The steak was cooked well but very bland, would not go back unless it was for drinks!

   Salt either does it really well, or they do it poorly.. hit or miss.. on the good side, the hummus appetizer was delicious, but the tabouli appetizer was terrible. Didn't reflect what a true tabouli mix should be. Very limited parsley, TONS of large pieces red onion..vs green onions, tabouli was not cooked enough..crunchy.. just way off. Entress.. the seafood linguini was great. Seafood perfectly cooked. Broth nice. The fish (grouper) was very dry, no flavor. I stopped eating after 2 bites. Mediterranean rice average. Will not be returning.

   For Valentine's Day dinner, we ordered the whole fresh Red Snapper for two, prepared in a unique way. It was baked under a shell made of salt and egg whites which was expertly served tableside by the Executive Chef, Johnny. He carefully removed the top portion of the shell, brushed away any remaining bits, revealing the beautiful steaming Red Snapper below. He then expertly removed the bone and served each of us a portion of the flaky, flavorful fish. It was wonderful! The side dishes were also very good, Mediterranean Rice, broccolini, and sliced fingerling potatoes. All of it was exceptional. For dessert, they had a special Sweet Charcuterie platter that had been prepared by the Sous Chef. It was a really wonderful variety of sweet treats. We would highly recommend Salt Restaurant.

    Very enjoyable. I sat in a booth near the bar and enjoyed the atmosphere it created. I ordered the 8 oz filet. It was delicious and prepared exactly as I had ordered it. I really liked the way the meal was served. Juicy sides were served in individual containers so as not to mix flavors. Service was good.
