Food was excellent; tenderloin was very very small but perfectly seasoned. Bread service was really a joke: tooth-breaking rounds with zero actual bread.

The manager was wonderful to us, but we got there without a reservation after Open Table let us make a reservation without letting us know that Salt had stopped working with your organization weeks prior. It was Valentine's Day and the table we thought we had reserved did not exist. The manager was a champ in finding us a place to seat and we ended up having a lovely meal, but I'm never using Open Table again to reserve a table at a restaurant.

Such a great place to spend one of the first date nights out we've had in 2 years. Table for 6, half booth half chairs right up by the windows out to Pearl Street Mall with good friends and some new friends. Lovely evening. Thx Maddy and Brad.

Our food was almost inedible. Seafood risotto was very fishy and had the consistency of soup. The Vegetable platter was flavorless and came out cold. I ended up spending around 150 for a special date night to be very disappointed. I used to love this restaurant when I lived in Boulder.

For being called "SALT", there was an extreme lack of salt in the food. It tasted like they didn't use any seasoning at all. Very disappointed.

The food was disappointing for the price, the wine list was good though and ambience was nice. If your looking for food worth the price look else where.

Overall fair brunch experience. Ambiance feels like 2005, yet high ceilings and nice light. Prices a bit high for certain dishes - salads etc. Was ok, defiantly not rushing back or making this a regular spot.
