Salt & Marrow Kitchen is located at the Crowne Plaza North Augusta Hotel. Our signature entrees are prepared on a unique artisanal wood-fired grill. The grilling technique brings out a deliciously unique flavor to the food. Start your dining experience with a selection of small-plate appetizers. Savor mouth-watering main course options, steaks, seafood, pork chops, and much more. Enjoy your favorite cocktails or a selection of fine wines by the glass or bottle. Salt & Marrow Kitchen offers a private dining room that seats up to 20 guests. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 6 or more. Park at the City of North Augusta's garage on Railroad Ave. across from the hotel. The first 2 hours are free. For a unique experience, try our lite Dining Domes, for those wishing to eat outside. Food was good. Had wings and the blt salad tasty and generous serving. Cornish hen was flavorful but the Mac and cheese was bland . They were out of several items on an already limited menu . The service was slow but efficient. Decent restaurant but I can’t say we will be back

Seated by the door, freezing wind blowing in every time anyone entered or exited. We had to eat with our coats on. No champaign, no potatoes... a once a year dining event was subpar thanks to S&M. Do better. Never sit 9 women right beside the door in 30-40 degree temps! Find a chef who understands Medium...steaks were dry, tough and $75 each. Wasn't worth the cost or inconvenience. Our server was good, however.

Food selection was minimal, but the quality of food was immaculate. Vibrant choices from lobster to exotic meats like kangaroo and ostrich brought a great sense of adventure. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion or just a nice night out.

Awesomeness and great atmosphere food was delicious per usual I don’t know the names of the 2 male chefs that I watch prepare our food for the last three visits you guys are awesome and the food was excellent

We had a fantastic date night here filled with delicious drinks, amazing service, and wonderful food. Summer took the best care of us and made sure we were happy and satisfied from start to finish. She made our experience top notch!

We really enjoyed our meals, it was my girlfriend’s birthday and they were very accommodating. Summer did a great job as our waitress! She made sure we were well taken care of without making us feel rushed or managed. Thank you for the great dining experience!
