Didn’t open until an hour later than our booking, unprofessional and would not recommend. The website is also contradictory and terribly unclear.

We are and we’re greeted very politely and led to our table . Offered drinks and menus. We had a afternoon tea organised and everything was totally delicious. Found we needed more sandwiches so ordered more which we had to pay for separately. We did need to ask for another pot of tea. The ambiance of the venue was peaceful calm and very beautifully decorated . Our only disappointment was that for all five adults our table space was limited and for extreme comfort we really needed a third table. Thank you for the experience .

Waited 45 plus minutes for our pre booked high tea, three groups of people left as they have been waiting for over 45 to an hour as well. Service was poor only three people and they didn’t serve us unless we asked them to. Server also seemed unsure about their own menu and didn’t know we pre booked and paid although it said. Place was pretty obviously but the wait wasn’t worth it for some picture s

This place, these women, this experience…EVERYTHING!! EVERY. SINGLE. THING. One of the most welcoming and treasured experiences we had in London. And everything was soooo tasty! Do not leave before having the 24ct unicorn latte. It’s mind blowing and makes you feel like a Princess :)

Lovely place for afternoon tea, the staff serving were really friendly. We did have to ask for more sandwiches as what was provided was small . Our personal experience with afternoon tea is the sandwiches are usually unlimited. The cakes were lovely but probably came out too early as they started to melt .

The place was gorgeous we had the unicorn afternoon tea but it was quite sweet for the girls however the quality and taste of food was amazing, the decor out of this world and the staff were lovely, will definitely be going back but for a normal brunch/afternoon tea, we’ll done and thank you ladies for allowing two little girls feel grown up x
