Local-focused family restaurant with hand-crafted cocktails, elevated shareable and individual plates, and an excellent wine list. Fresh coffee and pastries are offered every morning, and takeaway items can be purchased from the Grab & Go section anytime.

Sage & Co was founded in 2018; our design and environment are designed to be a friendly, chic and calm place to start your day.

We are located inside the Delta Calgary South Hotel; we are committed to providing only top-quality foods using local producers and growing our own; we ensure that every local and traveller is looking for a high standard.

Because breakfast is the day’s most important meal, our breakfast menu has everything from healthy choices to morning cravings.

We were greeted as soon as we walked inside. The servers and waiter were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very inviting and the ambiance was very nice. The food was served quickly. We had the three course Valentine special. Each course was beautifully presented and each was absolutely delicious! The spareribs were so tender. We were looking to book somewhere last minute and came across Sage & Co. and decided to try something new. Were were not disappointed in our choice. We can’t wait to come back and try breakfast and lunch. Highly recommend! Great chef!

The staff were very respectful and professional. The food was phenomenal for the price and venue. I was concerned that a restaurant near the lobby of a hotel would be a basic in and out joint. Not so. I only wish I had discovered this gem earlier in my trip. My next visit to Calgary will see me staying at the Delta so I can fully enjoy this restaurant.

First time here, looking for somewhere different to celebrate my daughters birthday - it did not disappoint! Food was excellent as was our service! Will definitely be back and bringing friends! Only complaint -a little light music wouldve been nice - it was very quiet.

It’s a hotel lobby restaurant but the ambience is great. Had wonderful service and really enjoyed our bunch.

The waiter Ashley was absolutely fantastic! Food was spectacular. Would definitely go there again. Made our Christmas!

The Food was extremely disappointing. Didnt receive first course until main course was half way through, main course veg were tough as leather. Herb crusted beef was not herb crusted, duck was cold, and the pudding was terrible, dry, with fruit like rocks. Totally inedible. Desert was also served before main course...and watching the other few tables, it seemed to be a theme as it happened to every table. We were looking forward to Christmas dinner out, but found ourselves looking forward to getting out of there and heading home for some decent food. Paid over $200 for 2 to dine, when they should have probably paid us to eat there.

Food was outstanding. We booked a table well in advance for Christmas Day but even then they seemed to have no idea. Only two lovely ladies running a full breakfast service. The food however, was amazing. 10/10. The servers were great but the place was very busy for only two staff.
