We recently went to Saffron Indian Restaurant in Red Bank, NJ, for lunch with our families, and it was a fantastic experience! The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was full of authentic flavors, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great dining experience. If you’re a fan of Indian cuisine, I highly recommend visiting Saffron. It’s a wonderful spot for a flavorful and enjoyable meal, whether with family, friends, or even on your own. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

Outstanding wait staff, attentive but never made us feel rushed. Food was delicious and presentation amazing. We will be back!

Food was decent although ambiance was loud. Service was mediocre for a place calling themselves “modern Indian”. Server gave the wrong drink to one in our group and another proceeded to pass it to the right person and the drink spilled. The server saw this and handed us a napkin rather than cleaning it up with no new drink or offer of one. Very disappointed with the service as I would think this is common sense especially in a restaurant priced higher than standard Indian places.

The place opens right out into the street and it was a freezing night so it was very cold. It was very crowded. It was very loud. But the biggest problem is it’s really overpriced. The food is very good, but the portions are small. And we told the waiter twice that we were sharing two small plates of appetizers and then I was going to have two other small plates as my main course. My husband was going to have one of the entrées as a main. Well, they brought all four of the small plates together, so I tried to push mine aside to wait for his, but it was getting cold and so I was done eating before my husband‘s entrée even arrived

We fell upon Saffron having walked by it last week and the smells coming from the restaurant were incredible! We went in not knowing what to expect and were so positively surprised! From the creative menu(burrata chaat is to die for!) to the beautifully appointed tabletop, the attention to detail was in every aspect of the restaurant. The owners came over to the table and were terrific as well. This is a MUST TRY!

Just amazing. Love that it’s family owned. Duck an elevated atmosphere compared to other restaurants serving Indian cuisine. Arman our server was great. Get the butter chicken, you won’t regret it!
