The Safehouse design was originally inspired by the ski culture of Jackson Hole Wyoming and Vermont living then infused with a contemporary influence. Why the SafeHouse? Where else would you go to not be TRAPPED anymore? You go down into the SAFEHOUSE. Our goal was to make dining really fun again by creating a vibe that focuses on fun sharable foods, upbeat music and creative cocktails. We are an upscale modern neighborhood eatery with a focus on hand selected ingredients. We pride ourselves on our hand cut steaks, fresh caught seafood from sustainable sources, hand crafted pastas, and a few famous Chianti’s inspired authentic Italian dishes. SafeHouse evokes a visit to an upscale urban ski resort and creates an unforgettable experience.

The food was very good, but the restaurant was too noisy with children screaming and running all over the main room. It was very difficult to have a conversation at our table. We had other very nice meals prior to today, but this was an exception. Reservation request for a booth was was also ignored.

Very disappointed in seating - there were 8 of us and we were sat against the windows across from the bar There were high tops next to us that were very loud. When making the reservations we asked for a round table - upon getting there we were told that rounds are for private parties only. A member of our party asked to seat us in the other smaller dining room and we were told there was a private party in there tonight. We asked to speak to the manager and she came over, was very nice and apologetic indicating that they were not expecting the high tops/number of people and noise. She said that she didn't understand that why we were not seated in the other room. Offered us dessert and to move there a this time We had already paid our bill and were frustrated so we left for another place to have drinks after dinner. I completely understand that the establishment doesn't have control of the noise level, but I believe that they should not seat people for dinner in the tables that we were sat knowing that the high tops can fill up. We consider The Safe House a great restaurant/priced higher than other local restaurants but should consider that when seating.

My only issue was I requested a booth with my reservations and when we arrived they only had a table available. When I questioned them and pointed out open booths I was told they were for larger parties. I pressed them and finally was seated in a booth.

Our time there was fabulous!! I’m so sorry I forgot our waitress name. She went above & beyond for all 13 of us!! Please let her know! The food as always was great. It was my husband 70th birthday & it all went so smoothly. Ty

Only issue was it was very cold. We sat near the window and they were very cold. We had to put our jackets up against it. Someone might of said something because heat came on right before we left.

Very satisfied with our experience. Mario was very accommodating. The food and service was excellent. We were well taken care of and the staff was very attentive even on a busy night.
