We dined here for the first time tonight and the service was so bad that one of our friends did not even get his meal at all! This is an embarrassment for a restaurant of this caliber!! I have been to other Ruth Chris restaurants in other states and this Ruth Chris restaurant is like a McDonalds compared to the others…even the decor of the restaurant is lack luster and is certainly not on par with other Ruth Chris restaurants…looks like a low budget version. The food was good but not great…Morton’s is a better option

Amazing service in the restaurant. Food was perfect. The best part was outside. I dropped my wallet and it fell into the sewer. The two valet gentlemen and the restaurant staff helped me retrieve it. This man went down 15 feet into the sewer shaft to retrieve my wallet. Hats off to the Staff here. They went way way above and beyond for me. Thank you so much.

Our server, Michelle, rushed us and didn’t even ask we wanted more drinks or dessert. She brought over the check and asked if we wanted desserts to go. She didn’t ask if we even wanted coffee. This was a family Thanksgiving celebration at a fine dining restaurant - NOT Olive Garden. My husband and I are faithful customers but will no longer dine at Ruth’s Chris is this is the type of service we receive. We are very disappointed.

Review for Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Reston, VA This Thanksgiving, we chose Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Reston, VA, to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The evening started on a high note with a warm welcome and exceptional service from Ross, our waiter, who ensured everything about our evening was perfect. For dinner, Corey opted for the sea bass, which was cooked to perfection, while I enjoyed the surf and turf paired with creamy garlic mashed potatoes. Both dishes were bursting with flavor and showcased the impeccable quality Ruth’s Chris is known for. We paired our meals with a smooth Pinot Noir and refreshing still water, which complemented the dishes beautifully. To top off the evening, we indulged in two incredible desserts: the rich chocolate ganache cake and Ruth’s Chris’ signature cheesecake, which Corey particularly loved. The ambiance, food, and Ross’s attentive service made this anniversary celebration truly special. Ruth’s Chris exceeded all our expectations and made our Thanksgiving dinner feel like an unforgettable fine-dining experience. We’ll certainly be back!

Celebrated our 27th anniversary and it was more than expected. Our table was decorated with rose petals and a card to boot! The food is always top notch. The only place to go to make lasting memories.

Food and service was good. Unfortunately my take home steak was accidentally thrown away by staff. Wallpaper was peeling off wall which looked crazy. But overall nice place.

Everything was great besides the EXTREMELY LOUD and rude customers at the next table. We wanted a quiet dinner for my birthday but that took away a bit. Some folk just don’t understand! However, our server, Michelle, was excellent. The staff helped her serving us and I don’t want my previous comment to take away from their professionalism. She treated us Royal and made up for the deficiency. Kudos to her!
