   Overall the evening was great, I was seated by the bar area so the noise level was more than I expected. A few people at the bar was a little obnoxious.

   Service was impeccable. Our waitress Julie did an awesome job and made our visit so enjoyable. Definitely will be back to visit and requesting her. Food and dessert was delicious.

   We were there to celebrate my son’s birthday. It seemed to be a bad night for the server. She kept leaving us for long periods of time and forgetting to bring things to the table. I had to ask for a gluten friendly menu three times before we got one. We had small children with us and the delay was catastrophic. The food was ok but I expected more for the prices charged. After 2 1/2 hours we left without ordering dessert. It was a disappointing experience.

   The experience was fair. We ordered our food and drinks. We were told that the particular drink we ordered was out and that we would be given the upscale drink for the same price. What we were not told is that it was only for one drink. We ordered a second of the same drink and was charged 15.00 more per drink

   The restaurant was quite busy this evening. I’ve been here many times and often use the curbside service when I want a lazy night in. Unfortunately, tonight seemed like an off day. The food was below expectations—steaks were served at the wrong temperature, but we kept them since our appetizers arrived cold and also didn’t meet expectations, so those were sent back. The crab fried rice had very little crab, and the kids’ tenders were clearly frozen. On the positive side, the strawberry drop martini and zucchini fries were the highlights of the evening. The server and manager were both very apologetic about the experience. Overall, it wasn’t a great visit, but the staff made an effort to make things right.

   The food and service at Ruth's Chris were excellent. However, I noticed that the dress code was not enforced. Some guests wore hats, sports attire, and hoodies in the dining room, which I found unacceptable. If there is a dress code, it should be followed by everyone. Was the staff aware of this issue? I made an effort to dress in appropriate casual attire, as expected, and I believe all guests should do the same, especially since this was my birthday celebration. I look forward to your response on how your staff can better enforce the dress code in the future.

   Came here for a late galentines day with my best friend. the food was delicious and arrived hot and fresh. the drinks were very tasty. our server Kyle was the star of the show!!! he made our entire experience very pleasant and he’s very knowledgeable about the menu and ruth chris’ history. we will be back. thank you again kyle

     Never disappointed when I visit any Ruth Chris Services & food is always to my expectations in Ruth Chris standards! My waiter was Ryan and was the best.
