We went to Ruth Chris to celebrate our daughter’s 19th birthday. It was great. Our server, Saad, was very nice and attentive. We highly recommend!

There was a group of 10-12 10 year olds for a bday party seated in the middle of the dining room They were loud and running around out of control and extremely loud ! Plus made a dangerous situation for the staff and other guests I definitely effected my dining experience Thank you

Had dinner last night for my adult son’s birthday. Jonathan, our server, was great and made the night fun. Happily surprised to see the table was decorated, there was a birthday card and the menus said happy birthday on them. Nice touch! Food was delicious, everyone was raving! Thanks for a festive night!

The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly however the girls at the front door should look up from their phones and greet you as you enter. They just stood behind the podium staring down at their phones and didn't look up until I was standing at the podium and said hello.

Our Lobster Mac and Cheese got cold while we waited for a serving spoon. My filet that I requested Med Rare was very Rare. No, we didn’t say anything because I hate when an establishment feels your saying it to get money off the bill. It was my daughter’s Sweet 16 dinner and I didn’t want a fuss about it!

Went for my friends Anniversary and did not have a great experience. I’ve been to Ruth’s Chris restaurants all over the country and in Aruba and never had a bad experience. For some reason tonight, the service was awful. We waited for an hour & a half before we were served. Food came out cold and had to be sent back. However, the management and the waiter sincerely apologized and did everything they could to make it up to us. This is how an experienced team & manager turns what would have been an awful experience into a pleasant night. They made a bad night better by acknowledging the issue and giving us a gift card. (We didn’t ask for anything) Bottom line, they turned a bad night into a good night. And of course we’ll all be back. Great job by the manager and waiter.
