Mas de 10 años visitando esa cadena de restaurant y su calidad en los cortes es sorprendente. Lo recomiendo mucho, de lo mejores restaurantes en cortes.

Had a 6:30pm reservation for New Years Eve. wasn't seated until 7:15pm. The GM apologized but frankly having to wait 45 minutes to be seated is ridiculous. I felt like we were at Outback and not RC. Food quality was similar experience. Wilted lettuce is salads (no anchovies available for a Caesar). Shrimp cocktail was still frozen in the middle lacking taste. Steaks were alright but not a typical RC steak. Not sure what is going on with this RC location but definitely not a typical RC experience. GM ended up picking up the check but I would have preferred an excellent dinner. Within a mile from this location you have Shanahan's, Eddie V's, Ocean Prime, Del Frisco's. Probably better choices considering.

It was a tough night. It began with sitting people that came in after us with same reservation time. Then when I asked they said they didn't check us in. Then they sat by a window and we said it was cold could they move us she said let us know never came back. When we said we were leaving. They told us nothing they could do. I asked for manager and they moved us. We then saw that the two parties that came in after us were seated in booths. After that it was worse. Our steak was fatty and not hot potato was luke warm. Then we ordered coffee and dessert Coffee cold dessert was wrong. We love the restaurant last night was not good

I would like to give a big thank you to our waiter. He was very professional well dress and attentive. Had I asked for his name again I would have put it in this review. Nonetheless Thank You

Craig is a superb waiter. Much more comfortable and better-managed Ruth’s Chris than in downtown Denver.

We were disappointed in the flow of service of our food and drinks. Our appetizers and salads came with our main entree. Everything was served together. By the time we finished our appetizers and salads came with our steaks were cold.
