Server completely ignored us and instead focused on a nearby table celebrating their anniversary. Usually have a good experience but this particular one was awful.

The food taste bad! The service was terrible, it seemed like we were in a fast food restaurant, where all they want is to free up space.

Disappointed overall. The food was average at best for a restaurant. The cost was exorbitant when applied to the meal as a whole. They had no inexpensive wine available because the were "out of that right now". We asked for 6 Oz pours of the wine they did have and served and charged us for 9 Oz pours. We are not complainers. We won't be going back. Annie Gunn's is a better experience all the way around.

It seemed like they were busy right before our arrival because it took a lot of time to be greeted at our table from a server. Once we were the server was really busy throughout the dinner and there was a lot of time in between table visits. Often needing something or finishing something well before we received attention. Felt a little pushy on selling drinks when I do not drink alcohol. Other than that, food was great cooked perfectly. Beautiful inside the restaurant.

The special that was told to us was deceiving. Paid over 300$ for food bc of the add on options which was really just an additional meal.

We really enjoyed our visit. The food was fantastic but it was the care they showed towards us for it being our anniversary. Everyone wished us a happy anniversary, they put rose petals on the table, and gave us a cute dessert plate that said happy anniversary.

The food was excellent as always, however our waitress was pushy, rude and made comments about making sure we tipped her well. We were a party of 6 which required a 20% tip anyway? Not the type of service you expect from Ruth’s Chris.
