I recently dined at Ruth's Chris in South Park, Charlotte, and my experience did not live up to expectations based on my visits to the Sacramento and Richmond locations. After a long day of travel, we arrived for a late reservation and were informed that our casual attire (sweats) prevented us from being seated in the main dining room, which was understandable given the posted dress code. The hostess was friendly, and we appreciated her assistance. However, once seated in the bar area, we waited about 15 minutes before being greeted. When finally approached, we were told the kitchen was closing, so we needed to order immediately. Had we received menus upon arrival, we wouldn't have felt rushed. After ordering, we had to ask for a drink menu, which took too long to arrive. We also had to request water, highlighting the lack of attentiveness from our server. While the young man who brought our food was friendly and efficient, the overall service was lacking. When our meals arrived, one steak ordered medium was served well done. This was disappointing for a restaurant known for its steaks. To cap off the evening, there was confusion over the bill: we received a check for $72 while our card had been swiped for $150. We were too tired to sort it out at that late hour. In summary, while the hostess and food runner were pleasant, the service and food quality did not meet the standards expected from Ruth's Chris. I hope for improvements in the future, but based on this visit, I cannot recommend this location.

I took my family there for dinner tonight! This establishment never disappoints. We always get the tomahawk it’s always so flavorful and cooked to temp. What a great value! We were even greeted by the management staff there and had a fantastic evening our server came with ice cream and carrot cake that was brought out to our table. Thanks again to the staff at this location. Top Notch Service.

The Ruth’s pairings is always a fave. Three courses for under $60. I always get my go to Stuffed Chicken.

I put notes on the description and they weren’t fulfilled as to how to greet my guest also I had to wait a the front for about 5mins before being greeted. Server was excellent but we they ran out of Elijah Craig after our first round of Old Fashion.

Everything was delicious. Mac& cheese with jumbo shrimp. Stuffed chicken with cream spinach was fantastic. Two martinis & crown royal apple ginger ale. 10/10
