I am extremely disappointed with the my dinner, food and service. We (family) have celebrated holidays and birthdays at Ruth's Chris before and will not be returning. The reservation asked about birthday celebration (my wife's) and the host greeted her with a happy birthday and so did the waiter. Nothing else was offered - a simple dessert would have been appropriate. A filet needed to be sent back as was done well, not the medium rare+ requested. The table had to sit and wait for 10 minutes until a new steak was prepared. Waiter forgot a side order and needed to be asked and had to wait another 10 minutes. Additionally, the new ambiance at the restaurant feels sterile, boring and uninviting; it felt like a lower scale restaurant. Celebrating a birthday and a few days before Christmas, we had been looking forward to the dinner, but the overall experience was poor. There seems to be no coat room any longer, or was not brought to our attention/offered. I have eaten at all SouthPark steak houses and Ruth's Chris will no longer be a choice. If I had any idea the experience would be this poor, I would have spent the extra $200 that Steak 48 would have cost us...I tipped 20% due to the Christmas holidays, but it should have been well below. The only part if the evening that was above expectations was the valet attendant, car was ready and warm when we left.

Outstanding. Going to Ruth's before Christmas has become an annual tradition. We had the porterhouse for two. One of the best steaks we have ever had. We ordered it medium and it was perfect.

We were celebrating our 25th Anniversary. The food was perfect and we received wonderful service from everyone we encountered. It was a beautiful dinner.

We had a great experience. Our food was exceptional. All of the wait staff was professional especially our waitress, Raven who made the meal special.

I have dined here with my family for the first time. It was quite busy, and although the wait, was somewhat long, it was definitely worth the wait. We were greeted with apologies for seating setbacks; and while we were not bothered with waiting, the sureness of hospitality is undeniable. The food, is undoubtedly delicious. For the price range, it is definitely worth its value. From their “Lobster Voodoo”, to their steaks and crab cakes, to finishing with a nice warm cappuccino— our 20 minute wait lead to a 2 hour stay. The service was truly impeccable as our care left us feeling “un-rushed”, satisfied and sated. Overall, I recommend this location to people who come across it.
