Food was excellent. A small hiccup that I experienced was when the restaurant called me and asked if we can come in earlier due to the doors closing at a certain time and to quote “maximize our experience” we agreed to that and we will still found ourselves waiting a long time to be seated at a table, disappointing.

Upon our arrival everyone very attentive but then felt rushed as if wanting to turn the table. Confusion and forgetting side dishes and also messing up wine order was annoying. Once talking to the server about the mix up my table was forgotten. Nothing to drink when the food came I understand it was New Years Eve. One of my party had to go to the bar to change the wine due to the mix up. Again I understand it was very busy but I feel once it was said about what was happening to the server we were totally left out. I have been to many steak houses in the past. I do not know if I will try again. But that being said the food was delicious. Service was sub par.

I know this is a steak house but I opted for their chicken dish and it was the best chicken I’ve ever had, my husband had the filet with shrimp, we both finished our meal, along with the Mac and cheese and mashed potato’s. I got the crème brûlée and my husband got the cheesecake, we finished both of those as well. Service was great they didn’t miss a beat! We left happy and cannot wait to come back!!!

Very Nice upscale atmosphere, amazing service, we had three people waiting on us for different things. Food was outstanding! I would probably not order as much food the next time because it’s pricey. They let you share but we didn’t. You won’t be disappointed.

We love Ruth Chris and will return. This visit a bit disappointing. Ignored for long periods. Steak left off and no one checked back for a really long time. Steak ordered Medium was burnt and very over cooked. They did make a new one but after a good wait. Possibly a manager said she would bring the new steak, never saw her until done eating. It was New Years Eve but we were first people in at 3pm. Only dinner order in so not the reason. Potatoes mostly cold and water served room temp.

The staff was welcoming and attentive. They decorated the table for our anniversary. The steak was done to perfection as we're the lamb chops. Truly first class
