We sat in the bar area. The lady working the bar had to make drinks for the entire restaurant and serve the bar patrons as well as other tables. It was way too much for one person to handle on a busy lunch day. We didn't get a drink ordered and waited about 30 minutes or more to get our check. I do NOT blame the server. She had WAY too much to handle. The food was delicious and we will return. We just won't sit in the bar next time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We made a reservation for 6pm, a table for 4. We were sat down and after 22 minutes of nobody even looking at us, speaking to us, offering water, we left. Haven’t been this disappointed in a long time.

This is very disappointing to hear, Kirstie. I am so sorry this was your experience that day. I can assure you this is different from how we like our operations to run. We do and can do so much better than this. I will be looking into that day to see who was working so we can talk to the right staff to prevent this from happening again. Hostess was friendly and we were seated right away. Restaurant was not crowded. Server was super friendly and super attentive. The bolognese pasta and arabiata pasta were both good but the bolognese pasta had chewy pasta, which were excellent. The mushroom ravioli was so good. Pizza was good but nothing to fall over. I gave food 4 stars because overall their food was salty. Everyone drank 2 glasses of water for reference. Great kids menu. I would definitely visit again.

Enjoyed our dinner at Rustica. Service was good, a little noisy but not too bad. Pizza, Salad, Lasagna and Pasta Norma were all good and the garlic bread gets an extra star!

Salad & bread to start was delightful . Good choice of wine, beer and cocktails! All four of us had pasta dishes and they were excellent. We split a desert 4-ways and it was just enough. Great service and value!! We will be back! (actually my wife and I were there last week and we came back with friends)

Unlike our first time at Rustica (fab), last night was an unmitigated disaster. We received our appetizers in a timely manner, and they were tasty (gluten free bread was excellent!). But, after waiting for our entrees for 1.25 hours, we asked for the check because we weren’t waiting any longer. The management was nice, comped us our appetizers and gave us a $20 voucher for a return trip. I appreciate the minimal effort on their part, but I just don’t know if I want to try eating there again. It is beyond the pale to make people wait that long and then tell them that they will have to continue waiting because the food is still not ready. Really disappointing because, like I said at the start, our first experience was excellent. 1/10 for last night

Hi Rebecca, You are absolutely correct, we did not do the most during your visit to make up for the mistakes that were made. We have addressed this with the manager on duty as well as spoken with your server on how we can avoid an incident like this happening again.
