   The food was very bad tasting. The Marsala tasted as if there were too much Marsala in the sauce, the Alfredo sauce was some of the worst I’ve tasted.

   Food was good, but we waited 1.5 hours for our dinner, we wound up taking it to go.

   Had a reservation at 8pm for over a month for Valentine's Day. When we arrived, they were clearly backed up and unprepared for the night. The hostess essentially talked people into leaving and told us that we had to wait 30-45 mins past our reservation time slot. We then got thrown into the outside section which the restaurant very clearly was not anticipating using. The lights were on, the tables and chairs weren't nice, and there was 1 waitress running around trying to catch up. After 20 minutes of not even being said "Hello" to at our table and the table next to us telling us that they waited 2 hours for their food, we decided to leave. Things happen and we are all human but that was a terrible experience and not how we wanted to spend our Valentines night. Also, side note, we drove 35 minutes there so it was even more of a let down. Live and you learn.

   No I never knew what the importance of leaving a reservation was until I got to this place. I mean, there's really was no point because nobody that had one got seated at the time. It was supposed to tickets were lost hours went by before anything was served. Just disgusting, I'm disgusted. And this is really sad because this is normally a really nice place to go idont know what happened that night but im really suprised at what i saw that night

   Completely unorganized and they were unapologetic about the terrible service and regard for the guests waiting for hours even with reservations. First time there and definitely won’t be returning.

   We arrived at 5:45. We didn’t get our 2nd set of drinks until 6:50. Our main course was served at 7:30. My gf’s Broccoli Rabe dinner was served lukewarm. We were not checked on. We were sat next to a window that had a horrible draft. There was only 1 waitress for 14 tables. And it was Valentine’s Day. Feel free to draw your own conclusions.

   Our waiter was very nice and tentative. We had the date night special. It was a great value. Will definitely do it again.

    We had a wonderful dinner with a family of 4 on Christmas! Our server was exceptional, professional and always in tuned to our request. The appetizers, dinner we all had were very delicious with big servings. Would go there again
