Ruby’s and Roses is a new dining experience located in the heart of Pleasanton, California, offering an elegant atmosphere focused on American cuisine and craft cocktails. Perfect for those seeking a luxurious outing, Ruby’s and Roses impresses with delicious starters, mouth-watering entrées, and decadent desserts. The restaurant’s signature cocktails are expertly crafted to complement the menu, making it an ideal destination for a memorable night out. We also have happy hour Tuesday through Sunday 2:00pm-5:00pm.

We're also excited to introduce our new brunch menu, available on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00p.m, featuring fresh and creative dishes designed to start your weekend on a delicious note.

Very nice space. Food was nice. JAmbalaya was good. Id like to try something different next time. Would like more choices at lunch. Maybe some lunch specials. The server was really nice. Will definitely be back

Let’s start with the food: The ribeye steak was bland no seasoning at all and very fatty. Paid 60 dollars for a steak that I could barely cut thru. The duck fat potatoes were amazing and the best thing on my plate. The Filet Wellington was bland as well, although the mushroom sauce was amazing it didn’t help the no flavor. They had one of the best espresso martinis I have had the drinks is what we enjoyed the best. It was very LOUD, had to practically yell at my husband to have a conversation. They did place us by 3 birthday parties instead of placing us on the other side that looked quiet and tolerable. The service was ok took us 15 minutes to get a server and when he did finally come to the table he would barely speak and then would disappear for awhile not very people friendly is the vibe I got. Overall if you want good drinks this is the place to get them. It was a 1 and done for us due to the service, food and atmosphere.

Great time having a late brunch for a birthday today. Atmosphere is great, very chic. Food and service was excellent. Wish we had something like this in Walnut Creek. Will definitely be back.

Best experience ever! I’m a foodie i go to many restaurants and this place is on my top list on quality of food , taste, service and atmosphere. Beautiful restaurant delicious food and great service.

Tony was my waiter and he was very attentive and kind. We ordered 2 items and 2 drinks which was about $130. The ambiance and service is really what we paid for but it was worth it!

How was a great experience , lighting was good, the food was good the steak was cooked perfectly! The desserts were amazing! The wait staff was amazing. This is the new Ruth Chris. Food was was better that Ruth Chris!

Our host was very attentive and made sure everything was served right. We ordered different entrees among us 4 and everything was very delightful. The Wellington was really good.
