We really wanted to love Rosemary & Olive. We made reservations and were seated right away. Unfortunately we were seated next to the emergency exit door which was a bit strange. Our waitress, Alex, was wonderful. She had several tables but was extremely attentive to all of her customers. Bread does not come with the meal. You need to ask for it and then there is a cost. No biggie but seems a bit strange. The noise level is similar to a loud bar atmosphere. I wondered if the other dinning room might be a bit more relaxing. Our food came in a timely manner and was hot. However, there was a heavy garlic taste that masked all of the other flavors in both of our dishes. I had the short rib ravioli and my husband had the Spaghetti Bolognese with two meatballs added. The food was okay. Our waitress made an excellent wine recommendation which was lovely. The bruschetta was also heavy on the garlic. I hope that Rosemary and Olive makes it. It has potential to be a great restaurant in a very fun part of our city.

Absolutely great food and service. The salads and pasta dishes are a 10!!!!! Only one recommendation and that would be the addition of iced tea! I’ll be back a lot to sample the entire menu.

Really surprised this place gets such high marks. It’s in trendy Mass Ave district and aims for industrial chic with some success. Server was pleasant. Appetizer and salads were fine. Entrees were slow coming out and very sub par. You would get better Italian food at a chain restaurant. Desserts were disappointing as well. There are much better options in this foodie district

The environment was adorable. I was excited to try this place, but left disappointed. Everyone was polite, but service was slow.

We love Rosemary and Olive. The food is delicious and the feel of the restaurant is warm. I am always directing people here when they ask about nearby places.

Food is Amazing and comforting. Service is wonderful, Lovely is awesome. Aswell as the Manager Pau is prompt on checking on us. A Mussels for appetizer is a must!! The Pesto Pasta is delicious, flavor is well balanced!

This has become a great restaurant since opening. Advancing staff and menu. Excellent waiters. It has the feel of a neighborhood mainstay open to travelers and locals. The food flavors are spot on!
