Rosa Madre is the most authentic Italian restaurant in Dublin. We are located in the heart of Dublin, one of the most exciting and vibrant areas of Dublin with great shops, bars and many five stars hotels.

We specialize in fresh fish, delivered daily by local suppliers and we guarantee to always have the finest quality available. Our seafood cuisine is characterized by the simple quality of the catch. We place our orders during the night, directly from the port where the fish is delivered to ensure we always get the freshest product available.

Rosa Madre had been on my mind for quite some time, and I finally made a reservation. I started my dinner with the parmigiana—baked aubergine with a rich basil-infused tomato sauce and perfectly melted Parmesan. The flavors were absolutely succulent. For my main course, I chose the gnocchetti, which came with crab in a luscious lobster bisque and Parmesan sauce. Every bite was perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. Next was the Irish roast chicken—tender, baked to perfection, and served with a rich gravy and seasonal vegetables. To end the meal on a sweet note, I had the chocolate fondant, accompanied by a side of hazelnut ice cream—an absolutely delicious pairing. I washed it all down with a glass of Prosecco, sharp and crisp, the perfect way to round off the evening. All in all, a fantastic Italian dining experience. If you’re looking for quality Italian food in town, Rosa Madre is definitely worth a visit!

Amazing food and a delicious flavor. Ordered a suggestion from the waiters Amanda for my main and I really loved. Service was excellent, time to time coming to the table and asking how was everything and checking the wine on the glass. Even thought the staff was busy by herself, but yet she did a great service. Complements to the chef(s). 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 I would really recommend and come back for sure.

We were awkwardly seated right next to the only other people dining in the whole restaurant, like directly next to each other at the back. Which was very odd. But the food was wonderful and the atmosphere is nice! Lots of staff seemed new or training, and our server quickly started taking take of a big 7 top with wine service just as we were trying to order dessert (we didn’t) and get the check. But did love the food and will come again

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in until we left. The food, service, and ambiance were dialed in and did not disappoint. Would highly recommend!!!

Having read the flowing reviews, I have to admit to being a little underwhelmed. It was fine. That's all. Won't book it again. €130 for lunch for 2 before tip. Mains was vegetarian ravioli and spaghetti/linguine with clams simple fare, couple of glasses of prosecco - too expensive for what is on the plate.
