El establecimiento supone una revolución en el consumo y está ubicado en South Park, Charlotte. Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen, perteneciente a Jim Noble, redefinirá su concepto de salir a cenar. El establecimiento cuenta con un área de comedor y bar que ofrece un menú a la carta con especialidades españolas, francesas e italianas de la casa preparadas en una parrilla de leña, un asador y un horno italiano importado. Rooster's ofrece gastronomía casual de alta calidad y asequible, combinada con un toque gastronómico local, del sur. La cocina abierta ubicada en el centro del salón comedor permite a los comensales ver la elaboración de la comida mientras cenan sobre su antigua encimera de granito sentados sobre taburetes. Kathy greeted us with a “big hello” and smile at the front as always! She is such a great representative for the beginning of a great dining experience. My friend and I really enjoyed the onion/mushroom soup. Delish! We only got a cup and we wish we had each ordered a bowl. Ha! Our chicken salad sandwich was delicious also. Yum!

In a world where food is impregnated with preservatives as processed to last “forever”, the farm to table concept employed by Rooster’s reigns supreme. Their entrees are fresh and flavorful. Prices are reasonable. The location is easily accessible with ample parking. We went for Sunday brunch and with a reservation the wait time was minimal. Ambience is light and airy. While this was our first time eating here, we will definitely be eating there again and would highly recommend it to others.

The salmon cakes with succotash in a tomato based sauce was outstanding. Kudos to the chef and kitchen as the salmon cakes had a perfect sear and the dish was seasoned perfectly too. I will be craving this dish!

Service was horrible. Waited forever for drinks when restaurant was empty, waiter completely inattentive, food sat on table forever, food delivered to wrong table. Such a disappointment to be there at 2pm when not crowded and have such a bad experience.
