Located on the 27th floor of the dazzling new skyscraper, the moment you arrive you will be blown away by the spectacular panoramic views of the city. Being surrounded by the impressive Chicago skyline is a very special experience that will be hard to forget. Next challenge? Find your favourite spot to take some impressive photos: an absolute must to immortalise a moments you have to share with your nearest and dearest.
At RIU Hotels & Resorts we aim to provide you with the fullest experience possible, so we can’t miss out a place where you can enjoy a quiet snack or a good meal. Enjoy a wonderful city view inside of our cozy, enclosed igloos. Each igloo has a capacity for up to of 7 people, the cost of the reservation is $600 USD that can be used as credit for drinks and food. Reservations will be limited to 2 hours from the start time of your reservation time. We advise all parties to arrive on time to maximize on your experience. Late cancellations (under 72 h before the reservation time) and no shows are subject to a $ 75 USD cancellation fee.

The waiter and the other person refused to turn on the table heat reason being that it’s not working, also refused to change our table, and told us the table next to use also did not have a functioning fire. The next group of people that were seated on the table, he turned the heat (fire) on for them. So basically lied to us. When we confronted them they made excuses. Extremely horrible will not visit, the person serving us, I believe his name was Juan

Really nice view, but when it rains there’s no back up space. Food and beverage menus were pretty bland.

We had a great time here! Beautiful rooftop with great views! Amazing ambiance with easy listening music that was so good I asked for their playlist (but they didn’t know). Had the martini dry and another Martini (can’t remember the name but it was good). Had pulled pork nachos with jalapeños and the shrimp pizza which was soooo good! The servers were ok, would have been nice to just have one server but several servers came around which was a bit confusing! The ledge was also closed for maintenance which is weird given they just opened. But all in all great date night, I’d recommend!

This was our first time here at RIU. The views are amazing! We’re gonna have to go back, as the kitchen was closed at 9:30pm. :/ The Sweet and Sour Amoretto I was served, though?? -delightful!
