It doesn’t appear that Macaroni Grill plans for events that are at the World Arena and they are consistently understaffed on these nights. It took 50 minutes just to get our glasses of wine. The food came after an hour and 20 minutes and we had to eat fast to make our show.

We have never tried Romanos Macaroni Grill before and always wanted to, so we finally booked a reservation. The server was mediocre, not really that friendly, but not really rude either. Just a bit impatient and uninterested. Not really that helpful with menu, so I ended up looking up entre images on Google. Booth was old and uncomfortable. Syrup instead of real fruit used in mixed drink- very disappointing. Olive oil for bread had weird aftertaste, and food wasn't that great. Bathroom was old, smelled, and needed attention. The place was not busy at all for a Saturday night, so it seems that the Macaroni Grill may not be around much longer. May be ok for kids and families, but Olive Garden is much better for family dinner. Biaggis will be our first choice for date night Italian food. I do not recommend Macaroni Grill and will not book again.

Surprised there were many empty tables on a Fri. evening but that just meant it was quieter and we got full attention from our server. Good food in very large portions. Have always enjoyed the ambience here.

I called him and spoke with Becky to make our table a table of seven instead of six. She said she would take care of it. When we arrived, it was a table of six, and we had to squeeze another person in.

Went here to celebrate my daughter’s anniversary. I was visiting her from out of state and decided to book here for a special dinner and to my surprise they didn’t even offer me any complimentary desserts for her and her new husband! Very disappointing.. however the waiter was very sweet and made it up to us at the end!! 🥳

The food is pretty good for the price and the restaurant itself is nice. A good place for a casual date. I went on Valentine’s Day which is already a busy day to go. My reservation was set for a certain time and ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes before being sat at a table even with reservation, again this was on Valentine’s Day so it was expected to be very full. The food was good but not spectacular the service was excellent with friendly staff. I would go again perhaps on a slower day.

Server (Lala) was good, but food was definitely not worth the price. Pretty sure Macaroni Grill is not going to be around much longer unless there’s a serious re-vamping.
