Book graduations parties in advance. Rok N Fondue is a fun and casual fondue restaurant that is perfect for large groups or date nights. Many fondue restaurants tend to emphasize the romantic aspect of fondue, but this particular eatery actively caters to families and other parties.

The way guests order at Rok N Fondue is divided into three courses. For the appetizers, guests choose a cheese blend to dip a variety of breads, fruit and charcuterie. For the entree, Rok N Fondue offers a variety of broths also incorporates a hot lava rock, that can be used to cook everything from chicken to beef to pork and shrimp. Finally, for the dessert, Rok N Fondue has a bunch of chocolate options that can be melted together to dip marshmallows, graham crackers and fruit.

Shockingly bad experience. From our reservation, to the food, the service, our experience upon leaving the restaurant, the bathrooms, etc. The disappointments just went on and on. Not worth the amount of money that they charge.

This was likely an outlier evening, but we had reservations for our anniversary dinner and waited just outside after checking in. We were told estimated 10". When rechecking 20" later, the young man at the desk said he gave away our table since we didn't respond to a text. We were never informed that we would be alerted by text and were in direct line of site while waiting. He didn't apologize, but said he would seat us in 5". 20" after that, we asked for the manager since we were still not seated many groups arriving after us were being seated. Before the manager arrived, we were shown to our table, 45" after our reservation. They portrayed a glitch in their reservation softward as well as being understaffed. But once we were seated and we took in a deep breath, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The cheese fondue was delicious and fun. The steaks we seared ourselves at our table was memorable. And live music with nice harmonies and not overbearing. The waitress was very nice and attentive and efficient. Glad we stayed, and I will return.

Restaurant was empty and we had reservations for 5:30 but still didn’t get taken to our table until after 5:40. Our waitress had her long straight hair down and we watched it go in a plate of food on a tray she was carrying on her shoulder. Plates she brought out to us were dirty. We had to find her to ask to have dirty dishes removed after each course. She was not the friendliest waitress we ever had. She was a little short when she did remember to come to our table, like we were a burden. We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we were all cheerful and in a good mood. Bar tender looked happy and was very nice when he brought us water refills. I was prepared to order a lot of food and drinks for the four of us and to spend a lot of money, but given the service and her demeanor, we didn’t even stay for dessert unfortunately. Her demeanor made it not worth what I paid.

This was hands down the most disappointing dinning experience I have ever had. Repeatedly received wrong orders, over 3 hours because service was so slow, table bummer did not work, seating was not level to table, half on the food was inedible. For an over $700 bill I was so sad our experience was so poor.

Came here for my 25th birthday with a group of 7 friends. Overall the experience was less than best. They seated us on the second floor of the restaurant and it was beyond smoky, to the point where my guests’ eyes were burning. Also, our waiter made no effort to make it special for us. He didn’t even acknowledge the grifts or offer anything special for us to celebrate, or even say happy birthday. The slow wait time for food was blamed on the chef and the waiter didn’t know what they had in stock or not. I would not recommend coming here with a large party to celebrate a special occasion.
