We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain.

Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill.

Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.

For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.

The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style. As such, your food will be coursed out as we see fit. for groups ordering individually, we will do our best to get your order out all at once, but you may experience some slightly longer wait times.

The oysters, salad, and halibut were excellent. I also enjoyed the Old Man & the Sea cocktail!

We had a spectacular experience at Roe. I can’t wait to go back. Every dish we had was amazing and the ambience really set the mood for a great dinner. The staff was very friendly and made sure to check on us very frequently.

Brilliant addition to the Bellingham food scene. Standouts were albacore belly crudo, focaccia, and squash Great service and ambiance.

Roe is delightful! The building is great, the service was friendly, and the food was exceptional. Getting to watch the kitchen do its thing is a pleasure. We were there on a busy Saturday night and my only caveat would be that if loud rooms are an issue for you, I might recommend sitting in the bar. It’s cozy and much quieter than the main restaurant area.

A little loud but definitely the some of the best food Bellingham has seen in years.

The food was mostly delicious with the Reuben croquettes being too salty. The squash, halibut, pumpkin and gnocchi were superb. Noise level was high making conversation difficult. Service was excellent. Pricing was reasonable. Good meal.
