We had our work Xmas party booked on 21/12/24 at 5:30 for 7 people. When we reached the person who we encountered was very rude from the start- don’t know whether he wax waiter or manager. He asked how many people are coming. We said there are 6 people. He said if somebody won’t come, will shift the table to another table for 5 people. We didn’t say anything, agreed on to sit on the able for 5 as we’re not sure about 1 person. We started our dinner with entree. It was 6:10pm & the same person came & asked us to order mains. When we asked Will wait for 20 minutes, he said we can’t as the table is booked for 7:45. His tone was very rude & we asked for bit of time, he went away without responding. This incident spoiled all the evening & it’s so embarrassing in front of the staff. Other staff was so good, we ordered our mains to someone else. We were out after paying our bills way before time. It’s such a disappointing experience, spoiled our dinner party. Customer service was extremely poor from this guy. If he was a manager, it’s really sad, he is letting the business down. Great seafood paella but the waitress was weirdly against my partner and I splitting it despite us ordering our own mains. Pizza bases were pretty soggy and the mushroom sizes on the el fungi were way too large. Arancini entrees were great.

Group of 7, all the food was excellent and came out at the same time, everyone was impressed, and I was happy I recommended the restaurant, really enjoyed the experience

The food was GREAT! Ambience was 👌👌. The volume of the music was okay. We could hear each other when having a conversation. Steven WAS AWESOME! I CAN NOT FAULT ANYTHING.
