Great place to catch up with family and friends. Generous servings of tasty food. Drinks a little on the expensive side.

our waiter went above and beyond to help us not inky with a high chair but also helped us move table, the food and service was out standing and made our family get together an amazing one, thank you

Fantastic had a nice experience food and service was spot on. We had a nice table area. We will be back again.

Asked to be seated away from the Trivia game but was told we couldn’t sit outside due to our numbers, 10. There were big groups seated outside. We were instead, seated next to the Trivia game. Asked if it would be possible to be moved, a staff member went to check and said she’d let us know, but did not come back The Trivia host is extremely loud and we were unable to have a decent conversation.

Great place to have a catch up lunch although gets very busy so book a table especially on the weekends. Food was delicious and despite being busy came quickly. We were tucked away in a corner on a hot day with unfortunately no air con so was bit uncomfortable there. Main dining area had air con so maybe ask for seating there. I had the salmon which was delicious, staff friendly and accomodating :-)

Everything was great food,service,staff very friendly,however very noisy,and aircon didn’t seem to be working.

Lovely meals and venue. Great service. Would recommend being outside with a large group due to noise level inside as hard to hear across the table with all the chatter.

I ordered the $49 sirloin and it was fairly tough not at all tender for what a top value steak should be. I gave feedback to the waitress who picked up the plates and she said that the quality sometimes varies. I said at that price you should have a supplier who consistently has a high quality product and can be relied upon. I was not the only one at the table who had the sirloin and the other person said theirs's was also tough. I might add I live within 500 mtrs of the tavern and have for 28 years now. I have been to the tavern heaps of time but I now am questioning if I should ever go back if that is an example of the food quality.

On overall wonderful experience, food was well presented and tasty, service was great, greeted with a smile and very attentive. A great place to meet friends and family second time visit coming from North Brisbane, will come back and recommend friends. Had the pleasure of meeting the Manager and he was amazing.
