Burger was great. Fries delicious. Jambalaya was not to my liking. Spicers were off, veggies weren’t cut up and were hard and the seafood wasn’t great. Service was excellent!! Meat platters looked and smelled amazing. I’d try again

Waitress, bartender, and manager were all very accommodating to my family’s needs with a toddler. All kind and patient. Wagu burger was amazing. Keep thinking about going back for another!

Best burger I have ever eaten and I have traveled all over. From the initial greeting and seating to the chef coming out to check on us and our food, all was an excellent experience!

Looking for somewhere to have dinner on a Sunday night in the city and found Roast Republic. The host directed us to the Texan BBQ Board with a side of beef short ribs for the 4 of us. It did not disappoint - A variety of meats that all tasted so differently and so delicious. Too full for desserts and we didn't touch the chips that were o nthe boards either.

We had a very enjoyable meal here. The food is so nicely cooked and prepared, all was delicious and the staff were efficient and friendly. Will return!

The Roast Republic never disappoints. The service is always first class, the food is next level and the menu is broad enough to cater for the fussiest of diners. I’m a semi regular and I always look for reasons to be able to eat there. Five stars every visit.

Cannot fault the service. The restaurant is well presented, modern and clean. The staff are attentive, engaging and there are plenty of them. Food was quick and plentiful and most of all tasty. We went the American BBQ group share which is the top end of menu pricing and it allowed us to sample a wide range of what Roast Republic offers. The big ticket items for me were the lamb chops and the tomahawk steak. The corn was a sensation. When they offer gloves for eating the wings take them for best enjoyment - especially for the spicy buffalo. Drinks were well priced and they have great mocktail range. You will not walk away hungry, in fact we were fit to burst.
