Born under the golden Calabrian sun, amidst the mountains of the Mediterranean, our pizza dough recipe has been lovingly cherished for over a century. Generation upon generation shared its perfection before it made the long journey to Canada, in the care of Mrs. Rosina Taverniti. Since then, we've been doing Rosina proud, cooking out pizzas in stone ovens just like they did back in Calabria all those years ago. And it's made all the difference our deliciously thin curst stays firm and crispy, all the way to the last bite. From our classic Margherita to our unique Gorgonzola, our old-school Calabrese-style pizzas have made us proud since day one. And we think Rosina would agree. Enjoy!
