Riondo's serves a casual lunch and upscale dinner with unmatched hospitality on the strand in Galveston. Riondo's also provides a private banquet room for rehearsal dinners, small weddings and all your special occasion needs. Chef Rico provides housemade pastas, mozzarella cheese, artisan breads and Gulf Coast Fresh Seafood, Wagyu beef and local farm to market produce from Moon Dog farms. Eric was such a fabulous waiter and the specials tonight where so good! We have never had a bad meal here and the wines are second to none!

very good food with better service. Unfortunately there to many "pre-cruise" guests starting to go there and it is becoming loud and not a very good spot for date night for locals Owner was in there and was a little rude as he did not socialize with any of the guests.

Fairly new bartender has changed our experience dramatically. For the most part she is unfriendly and unwelcoming which is RARE for a bartender! She basically ignores you initially then will stop and ask if there’s anything we need? As the stay continues she will be slightly friendly but that mood is subject to change at any time. 1st experience was 3/2 and when my husband asked for a drink after sitting at the bar for 10-12 minutes was told “patience is a virtue”. This visit 3/9 he wasn’t with me thank goodness. He would not have been happy. 😞😞 We LOVE Riondo’s and have been regulars for YEARS. Just not enjoying the current situation.

It’s Mardi Gras and it was super busy as always as expected! I go to this restaurant faithfully every year at Mardi Gras or if I’m cruising! They never disappoint!

Fabulous location for watching Mardi Gras Parades and fine dining. The outdoor seating is great allowing catching beads. Food superb as always- the Riondos sampler appetizers are a tasty and great value. We split a Caesar salad and the Veal Chop extraordinar!

We love Riondo's! We had a fabulous table in the vault and wonderful service by Joshua. The cocktails and food were perfect on a chilly and rainy night. Thank you!

our 1st time dining inside. We sat outside once but this time we enjoyed the warmth of inside the restaurant. It was a nasty cold damp evening so the food and drink warmed us up. The service was good. I was glad we had an OT reservation b/c there was a line to get in and we were seated quickly. Anyway the atmosphere was lively with Mardi Gras revelers, colors, outfits, and necklaces. We shared a bottle of wine. Good times.

The martinis were large and strong. Loved the cozy atmosphere, overlooking the Strand. Friendly bartender.
